Milling factory and food ingredients under one roof
At Royal Koopmans you will find the grain mill and the food ingredients production process under one roof. So you buy the breadcrumb, batter or blend right at the source. Our production process is transparent and quality control starts right at the base: the grain. We can directly control the protein content and use various techniques such as milling, mixing, agglomerating, heating and baking. In this way, we ensure exactly the right compositions and properties of your product.
175 years of craftmanship
At Royal Koopmans we combine market information with the passion of our blenders and millers. They are true craftsmen with an understanding of grains & milling. They select the right wheat varieties and ingredients and choose the optimum factory settings to guarantee top quality. We test all our basic ingredient flour and flour by baking it out ourselves so that we can adjust the recipe. In this way you are assured of a constant top quality raw material for the correct processing.
